Duty-paid stamps are only applied to cigars that have had duty added to them. Cigars will have duty paid depending on how they were imported.
Cigars that are imported in Canada through Havana House and other Canadian importers will have duty-paid stamps.
However, Havana House cannot carry the inventory essential for our customers needs. They are also continuing to discontinue products due to plain packaging.
Cigar Chief is a First Nations company located on First Nations land. This means we are able to source cigars outside of Canada. With the current pandemic situation combined with plain packaging regulations on tobacco in Canada it has become nearly impossible to secure adequate cigar inventory. This has forced us to work with suppliers around the globe.
Cigars imported outside of Canada will not have a duty-paid stamp.
Whether your cigars have a duty-paid stamp or not, we still guarantee the authenticity of your cigars.
Duty is not added as an additional cost to your order total.
