Why did the boxes I receive not look like the ones on your website?

Packaging changes very often from manufacturers especially to countries like Canada who have explicit restrictions and regulations on tobacco products. This is also due to plain packaging concerns which is now required on all imported tobacco products to Canada.

Depending on where your product was imported, it may have a different box from the ones on our website.

We try to maintain current images of products as much as possible, but with thousands of different cigar SKUs and constantly evolving regulations, it is impossible for us to always have current product images.
