In order to deter fraudulent orders, all first-time orders with Cigar Chief must have matching Shipping and Billing addresses.
In order to ship to an address that differs from your Billing Address, you must be signed into your User Account and have previously ordered with Cigar Chief.
If you have previously ordered with us without creating a User Account, please contact our customer service team with your Order ID number(s) to have them linked to your account.
