Why do I see Card Number is invalid while entering my credit card?

The secure interface verifies that a valid credit card number has been entered, and this verification starts as soon as you start typing your credit card number.  You'll see this message until a completed valid credit number has been entered.

If you see this message after you've fully entered your credit card information, please confirm that you've entered a correct number from one of our accepted Credit Cards listed in the popup.
