If your shipment is lost due to our courier or fault of our own, we will re-ship your order without cost to you. That is our commitment to you, our valued customer. 

We do not replace packages on shipments with signatures. 

Note: Please make sure your address is filled out correctly. Include any Unit or Buzz Numbers. If the package is returned back to sender due to any address issues we are not held liable. No refund or replacement package will be issued.
