Order Processing
We generally process orders within 2-3 business days. However, this can take up to 7-14 business days depending on high order volumes and holidays.
Shipping to Canada
Orders are shipped via Loomis Express, Purolator, and Canada Post from our facility in Deseronto, Ontario.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
- Flat rate $25 across Canada
- Typically takes 4 – 7 business days
Expedited Shipping
- Flat rate $45 across Canada
- Typically takes 2 – 4 business days.
Please note that there may be delays in shipping due to increased demand from Canada Post and Canpar Express. This is out of our control and apologize for any delays you may experience.
Shipping Outside Canada
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
Your Shipping vs Billing Address
In order to deter fraudulent orders, all customer orders with Cigar Chief must have matching shipping and billing addresses.
If you have previously ordered with us without creating a User Account, please contact our customer service team with your Order ID number(s) to have them linked to your account.

Age and ID requirements
All orders containing tobacco products require the recipient to be of legal purchase age in their province. Government-issued photo ID and a signature are required at delivery, and the recipient must match the purchaser of record. Packages will not be released otherwise
